Encompassing 125,000 acres of the Cumberland Plateau, Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BSFNRRA) contains Big South Fork of the Cumberland River and its tributaries. The area is filled with amazing sandstone bluff view overlooks, gorges, and rock formations.

Fentress County is located in middle Tennessee in the hub of Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga.
